What we collect and why

Email address when you book an intro call, request a fit report, or submit a feature request. Purpose: responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering a contract.
Plant configuration answers you provide in the Plant Fit configurator (role, sector, protocols, destinations, compliance frameworks). Purpose: preparing a relevant response. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in answering your enquiry meaningfully.

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics on this site.

Who processes the data

Form submissions are transmitted and stored by Formspree, Inc. (USA) acting as our data processor, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts are self-hosted on moffbridge.com; no third-party font requests are made.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept while your enquiry is active and deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless we enter a contract, in which case data is kept as part of the customer relationship and applicable bookkeeping law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us through the site to exercise these rights. You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), datatilsynet.dk.

The fit score shown in the configurator is calculated locally in your browser and is not used for automated decisions with legal effect.
